What Makes Our Team Different?
At Independent Identity, our team is more than compassionate caregivers—we are highly trained professionals dedicated to improving the lives of adults with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What sets us apart is our unique combination of clinical expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and our innovative Learning Through Living (LTL) Model. While these are distinct services with their own goals and approaches, they work alongside one another to provide comprehensive, individualized support. Our clinical team delivers evidence-based behavioral interventions, while our LTL team creates meaningful opportunities to develop independence, practice everyday skills, and engage with the world around them.
Our staff receive extensive, ongoing training in behavioral support, safety, communication, and individualized teaching strategies, with guidance and collaboration from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This combination of clinical knowledge, specialized training, and genuine connection allows us to support individuals with even the most complex behavioral needs.
We don't just provide support—we create opportunities for growth, independence, dignity, and a better quality of life.
