Current Openings
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Implement ABA-based programs under the supervision of a BCBA to support adults with profound autism and IDD in our day program. Program hours are 9:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with individuals with autism or IDD preferred
- Valid Texas fingerprint clearance card
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Design, oversee, and evaluate ABA programming for adults with profound autism and IDD. Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians. LBA licensure in Texas required.
Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification and Texas LBA licensure in good standing
- Experience with adults with profound autism or IDD preferred
- Strong clinical writing and data analysis skills
- Valid Texas fingerprint clearance card
Apprentice Analyst
Work toward your BCBA certification while gaining hands-on experience supporting adults with autism and IDD. Receive supervision from our experienced clinical team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field
- Current RBT certification
- Enrolled in or planning to enroll in a BCBA certification program
- Valid Texas fingerprint clearance card
